Perhaps you run more than one company or have sister companies within your organisation? Invoice maker offers support for as many companies as you wish.

Click the add company icon and an input box pops up allowing you to enter then name of the company you wish to add. You also have the opportunity to enter the starting number of the invoice for this "new" company. This means that if you have been using a different system to produce invoices you can maintain sequential numbering .

To switch between companies just click the switch company icon and a box pops up allowing you to select any one of your companies.

There is complete separation between companies in Invoice Maker, the layouts, clients VAT and Invoices are all kept separate.

Currently multiple company support is only available to registered users. Registration is free it just lets us keep track of how many users we have. Registration also allows for online upgrades to be downloaded free of charge.
