Backing up all your data for safe keeping couldn't be easier just click
the  back up icon and all your
data is safely zipped up into one file and can be saved to any drive on
your computer - even memory sticks floppy drives or removable hard drives.
To restore your data just attach the device that you backed up onto and
click the  restore icon and
select the drive you wish to restore from - Invoice Maker unzips and
restores your data.
This means not only is your data kept safe you can also work on your
invoices remotely should you be out of the office and restore the data
when you return to your desk.
